Coming from Toronto & Ottawa West (Nepean, Kanata, etc.)
Take HWY 417 East to the 174/417 split.  Continue on HWY 174 East until you reach the Blair Road off ramp (first exit on 174).  Turn right and continue North on Blair Road towards Ogilvie Road. Turn Right to head East on Ogilvie Road.  Continue until you come to the City of Ottawa Earl Armstrong Arena/Splash Wave Pool.  Head to the back parking lot near the soccer field and baseball diamond to access the track.

Coming from Ottawa East (Orleans, Cumberland, etc.)
Take HWY 174 West to the Blair Road off ramp.   Turn right and continue North on Blair Road towards Ogilvie Road. Turn Right to head East on Ogilvie Road.  Continue until you come to the City of Ottawa Earl Armstrong Arena/Splash Wave Pool.  Head to the back parking lot near the soccer field and baseball diamond to access the track.

Coming from Montreal
Take 417 West to the Innes Road off ramp, turn right on Innes until you reach Blair Road, turn North (left) on Blair Road towards Ogilvie Road. Turn Right on Ogilvie Road and continue until you come to the City of Ottawa Earl Armstrong Arena/Splash Wave Pool.  Head to the back parking lot near the soccer field and baseball diamond to access the track.
