Meet the coaches

Britney Hovencamp

Britney is 15 and has been racing for 4 years. She is a member of the Ontario BMX Rising Star program. Last season’s accomplishments include a Gold Cup #1, CNAG #2,  NAG #9 and  CNAT #13. She also qualified to ride at the 2017 World championships in Rock Hill SC. Britney travels all over Canada and the USA to ride nationals. She loves BMX because she loves to meet new people and seeing them succeed. Britney rides For YESS Northeast Factory.

 

Bryce Rutter

Bryce is 14 and has been racing for 8 years. He is one of our most dedicated volunteers and spends countless hours maintaining our track and ensuring it is groomed and safe for everyone to be able to ride safely. Bryce won the Tom Mulvenna Biggest Heart award last year for his dedication to KBMX. Some of his accomplishments are 2016 provincial #4 and winning the KBMX time trials this year. He loves BMX because it is a great high intensity sport that is individual but everyone feels like family. Bryce Rides for Hyper Body Armour/Team Unique racing.

 

Clancy Bridger

Clancy is 14 and is in his second season of racing. He is a rep hockey and lacrosse player whose new love is BMX! Clancy quickly moved up to intermediate and has started to travel to Nationals this year. He loves BMX because it is fun, lets him try new things and meet lots of new people. Clancy is one of the newest riders for Hyper body Armour.

 

Cody Sonneveld

Cody is 14 and has been racing for 4 years, He loves BMX because it alows him to meet new people. Cody worked hard to save up his own monet to purchase a new redine race bike this year. Cody is going to work closley with our strider riders. 

 

Cole Zufelt

Cody is 13 and has been racing for 7 years.Cole is a member of the Ontario BMX rising star program. last years accomplishments include Gold Cup #1, NAG #6, CNAG #1, CNAT# 16 and NAT #81. he has also qualified for the BMX world Championships this year. Cole loves BMX because it's crazy fun and its something the wole family can do. He loves the traveling around Canada and the US getting to meet new people and see new things. He rider for CYAA factory team.
