The 2014 NSBMX AGM and Awards Ceremony / Year End Party was held at Parkgate Community Centre on Friday, November 14th, 2014. First and foremost a huge thank you to all the volunteers and parental support. Its thanks to you, NSBMX exists and does so with huge success.

The Annual General Meeting took approximately two hours to finish. The meeting opened by confirming and accepting the previous AGMs minutes then followed by the presentation of the annual reports of the officers. The 2014 board resigned and was again re-elected for the 2015 season.

As a matter of importance, we discussed an infrastructure for existing volunteers as well as an inroad for incoming volunteers. We hope the new model will make an easy transition into and out of volunteering, with the ultimate goal of providing the best race and practice environment for our members.

Following the AGM we presented many awards, talked about last season and dreams of the new one. We shared drinks, snacks and even a complex BMX inspired relay before sending the kids and parents home.

Again to reiterate our appreciation, we would like to thank everyone who is a part of BMX in general and of course to those of you who spend so much of your free time at the North Shore BMX track with us!!
