- We will be running the gate for riders to practice for the race. It helps you learn how to start from the gate. Practice starts at 6pm tonight.

- Coach Andrew is running a Club Coaching session for Novice and Intermediate riders tonight from 6-7pm.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time.

No Pre-Sign up needed. Just show up with your bike, full face helmet, gloves, long sleeve shirt, long pants and $5.00. Short sleeve shirt and shorts are permitted only with elbow, knee & sin pads.

- Motoshed will be open for tomorrow's Olympic Day FREE Race registration during practice. We highly recommend pre-registration at the track tonight to save time and to avoid the line-up! See you guys tonight!
