THANK YOU to all riders, both new and old, who made the 2015 season such an incredibly huge success at our club!  In appreciation, North Shore BMX wishes to gather our members and their family for one last party of the year.

All members are warmly invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”), awards ceremony and year end party on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Larson Elementary School (the AGM will be held in the library and awards ceremony and year end party will be held in the gym).

The awards ceremony and year end party will be a pot luck style event and a great opportunity to recognize our amazing club riders. Please bring a dish or snack to share. There will be time for FUN games for riders and their family to enjoy.

We are planning to take some club photos so please remember to wear club jerseys or t-shirts.

The business of the AGM will include:
1. receiving the report of the directors to the members;

2. receiving and acknowledge receipt of the financial statements of North Shore BMX for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2015;

3. electing a board of directors for the ensuing year; and

4. transacting such other business as may lawfully come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

The AGM is your chance to stand up and volunteer, voice your ideas, wishes and opinions to help shape the future of our club.  Please come out and join us if you have any interest in getting more involved with North Shore BMX.
