2017 Year End Party, Awards Ceremony & AGM - Saturday, November 18
It's time to celebrate an incredible 2017 BMX season!
All members are warmly invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”), Awards Ceremony and Year End Party on Saturday, November 18th at the Memorial Community Centre – Capilano Multipurpose Room.
The awards ceremony and year end party will be a Pot Luck style event and a great opportunity to recognize our amazing club riders. Please bring a dish or snack to share. There will be time for FUN games for riders and their family to enjoy.
We are planning to take some club photos so please remember to wear club jerseys or t-shirts.
The business of the AGM will include:
1. Receiving the report of the Directors to the members;
2. Receiving and acknowledge receipt of the financial statements of North Shore BMX for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2017;
3. Electing a Board of Directors for the ensuing year; and
4. Transacting such other business as may lawfully come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

WHERE : Memorial Community Centre – Capilano Multipurpose Room, 125 East 23rd Street, North Vancouver
North Shore BMX relies solely on the assistance of volunteers to operate. Please consider adding your name to the Committed Volunteer list(s) that will be available at the AGM. As our club grows we will need to also grow our list of volunteers to ensure that we can offer a full experience to all of our riders.
As club members, we want to hear from you! The AGM is your chance to voice your ideas, wishes and opinions. Please join us for this fun event and be a part of shaping the future of our club.
