We are aware of a problem that has affected some riders by moving them up to the next proficiency due to a bug in the move-up code. The problem has been identified and the programmer is already working on a solution to fix the issue, so we can update the site ASAP.

In the meantime, no need to call or email as we are well aware of the issue. If you are presigning for a race, you can check whatever your current proficiency is - regardless of what the website shows. We expect to have this issue resolved today (June 30th) at some point.
