Looking to try the Olympic Sport of BMX?! Join our Intro to BMX program to learn the basics to get you in the race!
These sessions are geared to riders of any age and who are strong at pedaling a two-wheeled bicycle and want to take it to the next level and learn to race BMX at the Kingston BMX track @ Woodbine Park.
Clinic nights will be Monday and the start date and times TBD closer to May and announced as available.

Sessions will be instructed by our Certified BMX Canada Coaches. They will cover the fundamentals of BMX racing including how to get around the track safely, all obstacles of the track including the starting gate, rules of racing, proper safety equipment and bike sizing.
CANADA BMX LICENSE:
Every rider practicing or competing on any sanctioned Canada BMX track must obtain a membership prior to riding on the track. Once you have a Canada BMX license, you will receive 12-months of PULL Magazine and can participate in the sport at any Sanctioned BMX track in Canada or the USA (additional costs may apply)
COST OF CLINICS:
The Intro to BMX Clinic is $35 which includes a BMX rental bike*, 2 Intro Clinics and your FIRST RACE!
**Rider/Parent will be required to sign a Rental Waiver for the use of the BMX rental bike. Rider will be will be sized for their rental bike, once checked in at the Track , prior to your session
WHAT RIDER NEEDS:
· long sleeve shirt and pants
· closed toe shoes
· **Gloves are recommended
WHAT COMES AFTER THE INTRO TO BMX CLINIC:
Following the completion of this clinic riders can then join in with our regular weekly racing as well as the weekly Novice practices. These are Pay-As-You-Go at $12 races and $6 practices or we have a digital punch card with 5 of each for $75.
COVID-19 SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS:
*Social Distancing and all Protocols will be followed, and these Clinics will be run following all Provincial guidelines set in place by the Province of Ontario and KFLA. Public Health
