Host a Birthday Party or Other Private Event at NOVA BMX
Have you considered hosting a birthday party or otherwise renting the track for private use? We do rent the track for special events, based on schedule availability. Contact us at [email protected] and let's get a date on the calendar!
Fees:
USA BMX Members: Track rental (for up to 10 riders) for 2 hours $250
Non‐members: Track rental (for up to 10 riders) for 2 hours $300
Extra Riders (above 10 included with Track rental), $5/each.
50% deposit required. Balance due by day of event. Track rental fee does not include coaching or insructional time. If your attendees will need coaching, please contact us for availability and pricing information.
General rules and other information:
Northern Virginia BMX is located within Prince William County Complex in Woodbridge, VA. Our track has outlined additional rules specific to our track that will help better prepare you for your function.
- Food/drinks are not supplied by NOVA BMX. Trash receptacles are available.
- Refrigerator, Stereo, Picnic tables (2) are available for use at no fee.
- NOVA BMX can also supply trophies to party participants. $75/10-pack (3-week minimum).
- Long pants, long sleeve shirts, and closed-toed shoes must be worn while riding on the track.
- Helmets: Full face helmets are highly recommended but a regular bike helmet may suffice. We also normally have loaner helmets available, if needed, but supplies are low at this time.
- All bikes are welcomed but must be within standards set forth in the USA BMX handbook (page 22).
- Profanity will not be tolerated and could result in no future functions at our track.
- Alcohol and smoking is never permitted on or around our track.
A representative from NOVA BMX will be on‐site and available during your function. We will help answer any questions you or your guests may have.
