Our coaches have worked hard and come up with a plan to offer socially distanced introductory clinics again this summer. Each clinic session will last 50 minutes and have a maximum count of fifteen participants (10 at 6pm), which will allow safe distancing between riders. We will offer sessions at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.

The clinics focus on introducing riders to the sport. Participants should be comfortable riding a two wheel bike, and need their bike, a helmet, long sleeve shirt and long pants.

Topics include an introduction to the track, the start gate, how to move over obstacles and will allow the rider to safely learn to ride our track and race under the supervision of our trained and certified volunteer coaches.

Participants will need a BMX Canada license (this provides insurance coverage for the track and the City, and costs $65 and lasts a full calendar year). Sign up in advance here: https://usabmx.com/

Once you have that membership number, you can sign up for any of our events and pay the event fee. For clinics, the cost is $21 each night. Sign up for Monday July 27th is here: https://form.jotform.com/202056398411250

Participants need a bike (please remove any BMX pegs if installed), helmet, long sleeve shirt and long pants.
