#LetsMove campaign wants YOUR photos!

Four years ago, the First Lady launched Let’s Move!, a nationwide initiative to create a healthier future for our kids and families. Today, Let’s Move! has moved a nation in a healthier direction – from school lunches that are better for you to raising awareness around the importance of drinking more water. As we celebrate how far we’ve come and what a new, healthier future looks like, we want you to join us!

Show Us How You Move with #LetsMove

Four years ago, the First Lady launched Let’s Move!, a nationwide initiative to create a healthier future for our kids and families. Today, Let’s Move! has moved a nation in a healthier direction – from school lunches that are better for you to raising awareness around the importance of drinking more water.
As we celebrate how far we’ve come and what a new, healthier future looks like, we want you to join us!

WHEN: Monday, February 24th
WHAT: Show us how you move! Use the hashtag #LetsMove to share the healthy steps you’re taking.
From taking the stairs instead of the elevator to a plate full of veggies, we want to see how you move.

HOW: Post photos or videos with #LetsMove on Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Facebook or YouTube. Be sure to invite your followers to join the fun!

Need some #LetsMove inspiration?
• Show us how you’re getting active (with your family, friends, colleagues, etc.) - at a USA BMX track, or on your BMX bike!

This #LetsMove celebration kicks off today and goes until Friday, February 28th - but USA BMX recommends to keep it going ALL year long.
