Racing & Practice this week
This week we will practice on Tuesday & Thursday, weather permitting. We are having a make up race on Saturday and our regular race is on Sunday. You can pre-register either by texting 250-516-1269 by 2pm latest or completing the online forms here: http://prereg.victoriabmx.com.
Pre-reg closes half an hour before track registration opens - please note that pre-reg made after this time will not be entered into the race and you MUST register at the window before the end of track registration. All race fees must be paid before track registration ends. Once moto building begins, late entries and/or payment are not permitted.
As always, stay tuned to the Facebook page this week - we will post ASAP each day for the go/no-go.
Club Coaching - Saturday 10-11am

End of Year Awards Banquet - Sunday October 21st
The date for our end of year awards banquet has been set - mark your calendars! This event is potluck - please sign up here: https://goo.gl/ZYqwf2.
We would ask those of you that received a perpetual award last year please return it to the track ASAP.
"Garden for the Gate" Fundraiser
The Victoria BMX “Garden for the Gate” Fundraiser has started and runs through October 1, 2018. Victoria BMX receives 50% of every order!
If you want to order from Vesey’s Bulbs fall fundraising catalog, send us a message any time during those dates and drop off a cheque or cash payment to the motoshed.
Victoria BMX is not asking members to fundraise, but if you would like to circulate a catalog among friends, family and coworkers, we have several fundraising sets to give out. You are also welcome to share with friends.
Please note: orders are sent to Vesey’s at the end of the fundraising period and Vesey’s will ship after that date. This means you will receive your order in October, which is the right planting time for fall bulbs.
District points / wins / move ups
You can view your District points on the BMX Canada website here and read the membership FAQs including how points are reconciled and added here. Please remember it is the parent or rider's responsibility to track the total number of wins and notify us if your rider has completed their 10 wins as a novice or 20 wins as an intermediate.
You can find all the dates for the upcoming season on our website - click here.
