Hi my name is Moto Mike Lynn I’m so blessed to be a member of Team Extreme Squared. I grew up in Northern New Jersey and started racing at the age of 15 in 1976. I started racing in the NBL at the Mellville BMX track in south Jersey. I had a pretty short career back then and stopped racing BMX in 1981. I can’t really say why I stopped but I’m sure there was a car or a girl involved. Fast forward to 2021. One day on the way to work I passed a BMX track. That night I told my wife about the track and she said I should go and check it out. A few nights later I did and that was all it took I was hooked. I had my first race in August on 2021 and won. Since then I have placed 3rd in my first ever National. Raced in the Florida State Series taking 2nd in 51 and over novice. And won the Florida State Series in 61 and over cruiser. Thanks to my teammate and sponsor for talking me into racing cruiser. Coming back to the sport has been great I have meet so many great people. I can’t say how long I may keep racing but for now it’s a great ride.

I started in 1984 as a member of NYC RAD DOGS a BMX Freestyle team from NYC. I engineered the first bike park in East coast Mullaly Bike / Wendell Foster park in 1988 and hosted and created the NYC freestyle contest and Preformed in Tristate area. 40 years later I decided to go to My local BMX track and sign up as a Novice BMX racer in the 50 and over class. I love being back into the sport and found new love a new passion to ride again!!! Number 322 / Gold cup 3 and now number 51. This year The Rad Dogs celebrate 40 years in BMX considered BMX number one Team in the USA .

A true freshman to the sport, I started racing BMX January 8, 2022 at the age of 49, after desiring a little change in life. I can now say, it was a good decision. Proud husband, father, granddad, retired military veteran, local businessman, football and track and field coach and mentor to many, just to name a few. I consider myself a lifelong learner and obsessed with challenging myself with new ventures.
