SPECIAL LADIES NIGHT, RACING AND MORE!

We had to put the brakes on Sunday's race because of the rain, but there's no need to worry! If you registered for last Sunday you'll automatically be registered for this week's race, or if you decide that you want to back out, send us an e-mail and we will credit your account.  Anyone who didn't get a chance to register but wants to participate this week is in luck because...Registration has re-opened! Have a look a little further down for more details.

What else is up? On top of our regular weekly Clinics and Gate Practice, we have special Ladies Night this Thursday! That's right, BMX Racing Coach and multiple World BMX Championship competitor Cassie Hay is coming to town to host a special evening just for the ladies. Sorry, but no men or kids allowed at this one. Check out the details a little further below.

We also want to congratulate the Neville brothers, Brody and Eli, and the Atkinson boys Jesse and Julien on moving on to their Challenge Class semi-final rounds at this weekend’s Coupe du Québec in Bromont, and a shout out to Sam The Skunk” Drouin on making it to the main event on both days and his 3rd place podium and 6th place finishes in the 13-14 Expert division.  Way to go Cornwall riders!

THURSDAY – SPECIAL LADIES NIGHT with BMX Coach CASSIE HAY

1 SESSION – ONLY 10 SPOTS LEFT!

Only $20 per person.

WOMEN ONLY - Sorry guys, NO men or children permitted to this event - 5:30PM to 7:30PM
No special BMX Licenses needed for this one ladies!

You've seen the kids do it, the guys do it, even a couple of other girls and moms, and you've though to yourself "It looks SO fun, but..." and then you backed out because it either looked too scary, or maybe you were a little intimidated by having so many people around.  Well I'm here to tell you that you're not alone.  We hear you, and we understand.  That's why we're giving you your chance to finally ride the track with a small, private group of other women who were thinking the same thing and who are also looking to confront their fears in a fun but relaxed and controlled environment.

You can use your own bike, or you can borrow a friend's. It doesn't even need to be a BMX bike! It can be a mountain bike, cruiser, hybrid, or dirt-jumper. If you didn't understand any of those terms, that's okay too! If it has two wheels and no motor, it'll probably be okay to use.  You'll also need to bring your helmet or borrow one from a family member (full face please).  Wear some long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and some running shoes and you'll be ready to take advantage of a fun evening away from the hustle and bustle of the family, that's sure to be full of good times and great laughs.

Coach Cassie Hay will be on-site to teach you how to safely navigate our BMX Track and get you comfortable on the bike while keeping it all light and fun. If that isn't enough to convince you, Wine and Cheese will be provided afterwards!

Registration closes at 4:00PM Thursday.
